I was connected with Rick via an online listing service, he had no idea who I was or if I was serious about buying and I was calling all the way from California, which I'm sure would cause some people to be nervous about wasting their time. Rick and Jane visited the properties I was interested in, took copious photos to send me and even kept me on the phone as they walked around describing the properties and asking questions. When I made plans to visit Maine Rick found multiple addition properties to show me that met my criteria, and drove me around the state of Maine for two full days.
